Mobility training has changed my life. Years of living a sedentary lifestyle had damaged my spine, & caused me pain. It is a tragedy that the price we pay for existing in this modern world is our ability to move well. Everyone can improve their quality of life by improving how they move, no matter how old they are, or how far gone they think they are.
